MOVER'S SAMPLE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI):

Please click the button to the right to download a copy of our sample COI for your moving company. If you hire a moving company, they must provide a properly completed COI with the coverages described in the attached document. If you have any questions, please contact your Property Manager.


SERVICE REQUEST (RENTCAFÉ) INSTRUCTIONS:

Please click the button to the right to download instructions on registering and using our online service request portal via RENTCafé. RENTCafé allows you to submit maintenance requests, leasing requests, update your contact information, and more online and through your mobile phone. Please click here to download for Android and click here to download for Apple phones.


 

PAYMENT PORTAL (CLICKPAY) INSTRUCTIONS:

Please click the button to the right to download instructions on registering and using our online payment portal via Clickpay. Clickpay allows you to pay your rent, homeowner association fees, common charges, one-time fees and more. You may also make online payments one of two ways - either as a one-time payment, or as a recurring auto-payment to be withdrawn from your account each month. You can make e-check payments (ACH) directly from a checking or savings account at no cost or by major credit or debit card for a small fee.


 

STATEMENT OF CONDITION CHECKLIST:

Please click on the box to your right to download a copy of the apartment Statement of Condition Checklist. Upon move-in, your apartment will be inspected and this form will be completed and signed by you and your Property Manager and/or Superintendent acknowledging its current condition. Upon move-out, another inspection of your apartment will be performed and its condition will be compared to the condition that you received the apartment upon move-in. You may be responsible for any damage that occurs to the apartment during your residency.
